How to make a fancy cafe video yourself

You do not need this page to make one. This is how the video is put together, with the prompts for every shot, so you can build it with any picture model and image-to-video model you like.

1. Step 1

   Draw the mistake where everyone can see it

   Give a picture model your photo and draw the opening still. Put your hips on a thin steel tabletop, your shoes on the lower concrete bench and your cup below your face. Show the empty matching table on the right and the second customer arriving, with enough detail to tell the two surfaces apart.

2. Step 2

   Use that first still to keep the room consistent

   Draw the next three stills with your photo and the opening still as references. Keep the same clothes, fictional supporting customer and furniture, but follow each new pose: the customer already on the bench with a raised cup, the customer seated correctly while you look over, then you ready to come down. Keep yourself on the left.

3. Step 3

   Animate the demonstration before the reaction

   Animate each still with its motion prompt. Keep the camera fixed, show the right customer already on the bench placing their cup on the table, and give your glance a visible pause. Cut the clips to three, three, four and five seconds and join them in that order, with hard cuts at 9:16. Check the ending before adding a sound in your posting app.

The shots, second by second

The prompts, shot by shot

Each shot is made in two steps. Give its still prompt to a picture model with your photo as the reference, then give the picture it draws to an image-to-video model with the motion prompt. Add these endings to every prompt: they set the look and keep the faces the same from shot to shot.

Where it goes wrong

• A table has to stay a table

  Describe a thin metal disc on a curved post, above the concrete bench. A padded stool, a separate chair or a table at bench height makes your mistake look perfectly ordinary and removes the reveal.

• The second customer demonstrates the correct use

  Their hips belong on the concrete bench, their feet on the floor and their cup on the metal tabletop. Check all three in the still and the moving clip; a model can seat both people on the tables even when the first frame looks plausible.

• Do not rush the moment it clicks

  Leave a beat after the glance for the lead to understand what they are sitting on. Then start the descent early in the last clip and hold the corrected pose; ending halfway down loses the attempt to act normal.

• Only people who agreed

  Use your own photo or an adult who agreed to appear. Do not use celebrities, strangers, people from the reference posts or anyone whose consent you do not have; invent the supporting customer rather than copying a real person.

• Label the finished post

  Switch on the AI-generated content label before publishing. The small label inside the video does not replace the posting app's own disclosure, especially when the cafe scene looks as if it was filmed.
