The ATEEZ BAD AI dance, chest pop and all, danced by you from one photo
Updated
An empty music-show stage under red light, and you in the middle of it, all in black. You find the beat with a roll of the shoulders, the camera cuts wide for a hard-hitting stretch of the routine, then comes in close for the chest pop everyone replays, and you finish on a slow half-smile and a freeze. Upload one photo and get it back as a vertical video just under 16 seconds long, cut every two bars of the song for you to add when you post.

Make your ATEEZ BAD dance video
Upload one photo of yourself. See your opening scene free in about a minute, then get all four shots cut into one video, ready to post.
You
One person, face clear and toward the camera. This is who dances; the video dresses you in plain black stage clothes.
Takes about a minute · nothing to pay to see it
The 4 scenes
1. Finding the beat
Close up in the middle of the stage, you roll one shoulder, then the other, snap your head back to the lens and nod on the beat.
2. The routine
The camera cuts wide: head to toe, you hit a sharp stretch of the routine, arms snapping out and in, a step aside and a body roll.
3. The chest pop
Close up, shoulders level and arms still, you pop your chest forward hard on every beat, eyes locked on the lens.
4. The closing look
Head and shoulders filling the frame, you tilt your head, give the lens a slow, knowing half-smile and freeze.
What the ATEEZ BAD AI dance is
"BAD" is the title track of the K-pop group ATEEZ's EP GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5, released with its music video on 26 June 2026. What took off was a few seconds of the choreography: member San, in close-up, popping his chest hard on the beat straight at the camera. It became the most replayed part of the video, a music-show clip of it passed 2.4 million views on YouTube within two weeks, and by the autumn the video itself had passed 100 million views.
Through the summer idols, athletes and celebrities in Korea and Thailand danced it on camera, and fans posted their own takes as the BAD challenge, many of them over the official sound, which was under 89,000 TikTok videos by November. By November the next wave had arrived: people putting themselves into it with AI, from a single photo, which is what the searches for the ATEEZ BAD AI dance and the ATEEZ BAD AI generator are after.

How this generator makes yours
The video is made as four shots from one photo: you finding the beat, a wide shot of the routine, the chest pop in close-up, and a closing look. The first shot is drawn from your photo, and the other three are drawn from your photo and that first shot, so your face, the black outfit and the stage stay the same from the first frame to the last; a video model then sets each one moving. They are drawn to look like a music-show broadcast, the way the clips people replay look, not like a phone video from the crowd.
It is you alone on the stage, with no backup dancers behind you: a picture model asked for a crowd of dancers draws faces of its own and starts mixing them with yours. Each finished video runs 15.8 seconds at 1080 by 1920, with a small AI-generated label in the corner and no captions burned in. It has no sound of its own, on purpose: the song goes on when you post. It takes a few minutes and costs 80 credits from a credit pack or paid plan.
The song, the stage and the beat
The song is not in the file. "BAD" belongs to ATEEZ and their label, so we do not put it in a video we make for you, and we did not make a sound-alike. You add it on TikTok when you post, as everyone on the trend does, which also lists your post under the sound with every other BAD video. Every cut falls on a bar line of the official sound, which runs at about 124 beats a minute: its first beat lands a third of a second in, and the video cuts every two bars from there.
The stage is a made-up one: red lights, white spotlights and screens that show only red light, with no show name, song title or logo anywhere, and you wear plain black with nothing printed on it. Nothing in the video copies anyone from the group, and the moves are drawn from a description, not from their footage. angles.video is not affiliated with ATEEZ, their label, any music show, or the dancers and fans who made the BAD challenge popular.
How to make an ATEEZ BAD dance video yourself
You do not need this page to make one. This is how the video is put together, with the prompts for every shot, so you can build it with any picture model and image-to-video model you like.
Step 1
Draw the opening close-up from one photo
Use a picture model that takes a reference photo and draw the first still from the chest up: you in the middle of an empty music-show stage under red light, in plain black, face in full view and lit. Describe the stage, the lights, the screens and the outfit in full, and say there is no logo, word or number anywhere.
Step 2
Draw the other three from the first one
For the routine, the chest pop and the closing look, give the picture model your photo and the first still as a second reference, and ask it to keep the outfit and the stage from that still but draw the framing and the pose you describe: head to toe for the routine, waist up for the pop, head and shoulders to finish.
Step 3
Animate each still and cut every two bars
Give each still to an image-to-video model with the move spelt out and the camera fixed. The song runs at about 124 beats a minute, so two bars is about 3.9 seconds: trim the first shot to 4.2 seconds, which also covers the moment before the first beat, the next two to 3.85 and the last to 3.9, lay them end to end at 9:16 with hard cuts, and add the song from its start on TikTok.
The shots, second by second
| Time | Shot |
|---|---|
| 0–4.2s | Finding the beat A close shot from the chest up of you centre stage under red light, rolling each shoulder, snapping your head to the lens and nodding on the beat. |
| 4.2–8.1s | The routine A full-body shot of you dancing hard on the spot, arms snapping out and in on every beat, a step aside and back, a body roll and a pose. |
| 8.1–11.9s | The chest pop A close waist-up shot of you facing the lens, arms still and a little out from your sides, popping your chest forward on every beat. |
| 11.9–15.8s | The closing look A close shot from the chest up of you tilting your head, giving the lens a slow half-smile, then freezing completely still. |
The prompts, shot by shot
Each shot is made in two steps. Give its still prompt to a picture model with your photo as the reference, then give the picture it draws to an image-to-video model with the motion prompt. Add these endings to every prompt: they set the look and keep the faces the same from shot to shot.
End of every still prompt
Keep each person's face, facial features, skin tone, hairstyle and build exactly as in their reference photo, so they are instantly recognisable. Keep each person the same gender and age as in their photo; never swap who is who. Everyone is dressed: where their photo shows no clothes or only bare shoulders, they wear a plain crew-neck T-shirt that covers their shoulders. A still from a live television music-show broadcast: crisp high-definition video, saturated red stage light with white spotlights, a soft glow and a little flare from the lights, sharp focus on the performer, vertical 9:16. The scene fills the whole frame edge to edge: no television set, screen, bezel or border around the picture. No text, no captions, no watermark, no logos.
End of every motion prompt
One continuous shot with no cuts. Keep the people looking exactly as in the first frame. No text.
0–4.2sFinding the beat
Still prompt
A close shot from the chest up: the head and shoulders of the person in the reference photo, in an all-black stage outfit: a plain fitted black T-shirt, black straight-leg trousers and black boots, with no logo, print, label or writing on the chest or anywhere else, fill the frame. They stand still in the middle of the stage facing the camera, shoulders square, chin level, their face in full view and lit by the stage lights, eyes on the lens with a cool, intense look, mouth closed. Behind them, out of focus, the empty stage of a television music show: a glossy black floor, banks of red stage lights and white spotlights on a black lighting rig overhead, tall LED screens behind showing only plain glowing red light, and a little haze in the beams. Nothing on the stage, the screens or the rig has a logo, word, number or letter on it. Nobody else is on the stage, and no audience is in view.
Motion prompt
On the beat they roll one shoulder back, then the other, tilt their head to one side and snap it back to face the lens, then nod sharply on each beat, their shoulders bouncing with the rhythm, eyes on the lens. The camera holds steady close in front of them. They do not talk, sing or mouth any words. It stays the same stage throughout: the red stage lights stay on and the light does not change.
4.2–8.1sThe routine
Still prompt
The person in the reference photo, in an all-black stage outfit: a plain fitted black T-shirt, black straight-leg trousers and black boots, with no logo, print, label or writing on the chest or anywhere else, dances in the middle of the empty stage of a television music show: a glossy black floor, banks of red stage lights and white spotlights on a black lighting rig overhead, tall LED screens behind showing only plain glowing red light, and a little haze in the beams. Nothing on the stage, the screens or the rig has a logo, word, number or letter on it. They face the camera in a wide stance, knees bent, one arm bent across their chest and the other out to the side, hands held loosely, chin level and face toward the lens with a cool, intense look, mouth closed. A full-body shot from about five metres away, seen head to toe, boots on the glossy floor. Nobody else is on the stage, and no audience is in view.
Motion prompt
They dance a sharp, hard-hitting routine on the spot: their arms snap out and back in on every beat, they step to one side and back, then roll their body from chest to hips and hit a sharp pose, facing the camera the whole time. The camera stays fixed in front of them, framing them head to toe. They do not talk, sing or mouth any words. It stays the same stage throughout: the red stage lights stay on and the light does not change.
8.1–11.9sThe chest pop
Still prompt
A close shot from the waist up: the head, shoulders, chest and arms of the person in the reference photo, in an all-black stage outfit: a plain fitted black T-shirt, black straight-leg trousers and black boots, with no logo, print, label or writing on the chest or anywhere else, fill the frame, the bottom edge of the picture at their belt and everything below it out of the picture. They stand still on the empty stage of a television music show: a glossy black floor, banks of red stage lights and white spotlights on a black lighting rig overhead, tall LED screens behind showing only plain glowing red light, and a little haze in the beams. Nothing on the stage, the screens or the rig has a logo, word, number or letter on it. They face the camera, arms held a little out from their sides with the elbows slightly bent, hands open and relaxed, shoulders back, chin level, eyes locked on the lens with an intense, confident look, mouth closed. Nobody else is on the stage, and no audience is in view.
Motion prompt
They do a hard chest pop on every beat: their chest shoots forward a hand's width and snaps straight back, a sudden jolt that shakes the T-shirt, four big pops and then four more, fast and clearly visible, while their shoulders and head stay level and their arms stay still, eyes locked on the lens the whole time. The camera holds steady close in front of them. They do not talk, sing or mouth any words. It stays the same stage throughout: the red stage lights stay on and the light does not change.
11.9–15.8sThe closing look
Still prompt
A close shot from the chest up: the head and shoulders of the person in the reference photo, in an all-black stage outfit: a plain fitted black T-shirt, black straight-leg trousers and black boots, with no logo, print, label or writing on the chest or anywhere else, fill the frame. They stand still facing the camera, chin level, looking straight into the lens with a cool, intense look, mouth closed.
They tilt their head slightly, give the lens a slow, knowing half-smile, then freeze completely still, holding the look, as if the video has been paused. The camera stops and holds still. They do not talk, sing or mouth any words. It stays the same stage throughout: the red stage lights stay on and the light does not change.
Where it goes wrong
Leave the backup dancers out
The stage versions have a whole crew behind the lead, but a picture model asked for dancers draws faces of its own, and a video model then swaps arms and faces between them and you. One person on an empty stage keeps the video about you.
Keep the screens blank
A music-show stage is where a picture model puts the show's name and a song title in giant letters, the way the real broadcasts do. Say the screens show only plain red light and that nothing on the stage has a logo, word, number or letter on it. Do the same for the T-shirt's chest.
Keep the arms still for the pop
Ask for a chest pop with the arms moving too and the model turns it into a general dance and loses the move. Draw the still with the arms held a little out from the sides, and say in the motion that the shoulders and head stay level and the arms stay still while the chest pops on every beat.
Say the light stays the same
A still lit by red stage lights does not keep its light in the clip on its own. Say in every motion prompt that it is the same stage and that the red lights stay on, or a clip can drift brighter, change colour or change the set halfway through.
Only people who said yes
Use your own photo or one of someone who agreed. Do not use celebrities, members of the group, the dancers from anyone's posts, or anyone who has not agreed to be in the video: a realistic video of a real person made without their consent can hurt them, and platforms take it down.
Label it as AI-generated
Switch on TikTok's AI-generated content label before you post. A realistic clip of someone performing on a stage is exactly the kind people ask about, and viewers trust a post that says so.
Or skip all of it
Upload one photo above and get the finished video back in a few minutes: drawn, animated and cut, with the AI label already on it.
How to post it on TikTok with the trend sound
Step 1
Download your video
Save the MP4 to your phone. It is already vertical, 1080 by 1920, so TikTok will not crop it.
Step 2
Start from the song
Open an ATEEZ BAD video on TikTok, tap the sound name at the bottom, then tap Use this sound and pick your video from Upload. The official sound is called "BAD" by ATEEZ, and it is the one the cuts were measured on.
Step 3
Line up the beat
The video has no sound of its own, so there is nothing to turn down. Let the sound play from its very start: its first beat lands about a third of a second in, and every cut after that falls on a bar line, two bars apart. If it drifts, tap the scissors by the sound and nudge its start until the cut to the chest pop lands on a beat.
Step 4
Label it as AI-generated
Before posting, open More options and switch on the AI-generated content label. TikTok asks creators to label realistic AI-generated video, and viewers trust a post that says so.
Questions about the ATEEZ BAD dance generator
What is the ATEEZ BAD AI dance?
An AI version of the dance trend from ATEEZ's June 2026 song "BAD". The trend took off from a few seconds of the choreography in which member San pops his chest hard on the beat in close-up, and in autumn 2026 people started putting themselves into it with AI from a single photo, on a stage, doing the routine and the chest pop.
Is there an ATEEZ BAD AI generator?
Yes, this page is one. Upload one photo of yourself and it draws you on a red-lit music-show stage in plain black, dances four shots, the beat, the routine, the chest pop and a closing look, and cuts them into a vertical video just under 16 seconds long, on the beat of the song. You see your opening scene free first, and you add the song on TikTok when you post.
What is the chest pop in ATEEZ BAD?
A sharp push of the chest forward and back on the beat, with the shoulders and head kept level and the arms held still, danced facing the camera. It is a few seconds of the "BAD" choreography, shot in close-up in the music video and on music shows, and it is the part that went viral. In the AI video it is the third shot, close up.
Is there a prompt for the ATEEZ BAD AI video?
Yes, on this page: in the section on making one yourself, each of the four shots has the prompt for its still and the prompt that sets it moving. Here you do not need them: upload a photo and the four shots are already written. Whichever way you make it, leave the backup dancers out, keep the stage screens blank and keep the arms still for the pop.
Is ATEEZ or San in the video?
No. The only person in your video is you, drawn from your photo. Nobody from the group is drawn, copied or named in it, and the stage, the lights and the outfit are made up for this template. angles.video is not affiliated with ATEEZ or their label.
Is the song in the video?
No. "BAD" is not ours to put in your file, so the video comes without sound. Add the official sound on TikTok when you post: let it play from its start and the cuts fall every two bars, with the chest pop coming in on a bar line.
How much does an ATEEZ BAD AI dance video cost?
80 credits for one finished video, from a credit pack or paid plan. If a video fails to generate, the credits go straight back to your balance.
Can I use a photo of someone else?
Only of someone who has agreed to be in the video. Before you generate, you confirm that the photo is of you or of someone who said yes. Do not upload photos of celebrities, of members of the group, of dancers from other people's posts, or of anyone who has not agreed: a realistic video of a real person made without their consent can hurt them, and it breaks our terms.
What photo works best?
One person, face clearly visible and looking roughly at the camera, in good light. A selfie or a waist-up photo is fine: the video dresses you in plain black stage clothes, so it does not need your outfit, but it shows you from close up to head to toe, so your face matters most. Avoid sunglasses, hats that hide the face, heavy filters and group photos.
What happens to my photo?
It is used only to draw the four shots, and we delete it from our storage as soon as your video is finished or fails. The finished video stays in your account so you can download it again.
Every video on this page, and every video made here, is AI-generated: the people in it are drawn by an AI model from the photos uploaded.
