Read safe product context
Codex reviews product-facing files such as your README, public docs, package description, and changelog.
Stay in your coding workflow. Let Codex turn safe product-facing context into three distinct selling angles, choose the direction you want, and render it with Angles.
Node.js 18+ · Public source · Explicit confirmation before render

How it works
The Skill separates understanding your product, choosing the message, and spending a render allowance into clear reviewable steps.
Codex reviews product-facing files such as your README, public docs, package description, and changelog.
Angles returns three distinct launch concepts with hooks and recommended video templates before anything renders.
You select one concept and template. The Skill never silently spends a video allowance on your behalf.
After explicit confirmation, Angles renders the MP4 and returns the finished, downloadable video link.
Install
Install the public Skill, connect your Angles account with an API key, then describe the launch video you want in plain language.

$skill-installer install https://github.com/shuicici/angles-video-skill/tree/main/skills/create-launch-videoPaste this into a Codex conversation. Review the public repository before installing executable skills.
Step 2
export ANGLES_API_KEY="your-key"Create and revoke keys from the authenticated Integrations page. Never commit a key to your repository.
Step 3
Analyze this repository and create a 30-second product launch video. Show me three selling angles and recommended templates before rendering.Privacy boundary
The coding agent prepares a focused product brief locally. The bundled client submits only that structured brief to Angles.
Reads only the minimum product-facing repository context needed for the launch brief.
Does not read or submit .env files, credentials, private keys, database dumps, customer data, or production logs.
Does not upload raw repository files. Only a structured product summary is sent to Angles.
Requires explicit confirmation before the first render reserves a video allowance.
FAQ
Yes. The Skill instructions, client, tests, license, and security guidance are available in the public GitHub repository.
No. Your coding agent prepares a structured product summary from a small amount of product-facing context. The bundled client sends that summary, not raw repository files.
The Skill asks for confirmation before the first render. A successful first render consumes one video. If it fails before producing a video, the reservation is released automatically.
Yes. The same Agent Skill can be installed for Claude Code. The GitHub README includes the manual installation path for both Codex and Claude Code.
Inspect the open-source Skill, install it in Codex or Claude Code, and review your first three selling angles before rendering.
