User Content Upload and Promotion Agreement

1. Grant of Rights
By uploading prompts or videos to Angles, you grant Angles a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and publicly display your content on our official social media accounts, websites, and other promotional channels for marketing and promotional purposes.
2. Retention of Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your content. This agreement does not transfer ownership of your original prompts or videos to Angles. Angles' use of your content is limited to promotional purposes as described above.
3. User Consent
You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload the content and grant Angles the rights outlined in this agreement. You further confirm that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.
4. Right to Revoke
You may revoke this authorization at any time by accessing your account settings and withdrawing consent. Upon revocation, Angles will stop using your content in future promotional materials. However, previously published promotional content may not be retractable.
5. Content Standards
Angles reserves the right to review and approve uploaded content before using it for promotional purposes. Content must comply with community guidelines and applicable laws, and must not contain sensitive, offensive, or illegal material.
6. Limitation of Liability
By agreeing to this clause, you acknowledge that Angles is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of your content for promotional purposes.
